How to Book
When to arrive (Moto Ride Day)
We usually aim to arrive around 6-6:30am to allow time to find a pit, set up & relax before a wild day of fun! You must pay for a garage when booking your ticket ($25) if you require power, if not, you will go and set up in the carports at the end of pit lane.
On arrival
Sign on at the office located across from the pits (usually after 7am)
Attend riders briefing (usually around 8am)
On track
around 8:30am – 4pm
When to arrive (Small Wheel Wednesday night session)
We usually aim to arrive around 4pm to set up (usually set up in the carports at the end of pit lane with a generator) If you require power for tyre warmers - pay for a garage ($25) when booking your ticket, then set up in the garages closest to the carports.
On arrival
Sign on at the office located across from the pits (usually after 4pm)
Attend riders briefing (usually around 8am)
On track
around 5pm-10pm

How to Book
When to arrive
If you are attending multiple days at Morgan Park, camping is encouraged the night before the event. We aim to arrive form 4pm the day before to set up your pits, and camping gear. If you are only attending the one day, arrival from 6am is pretty standard.

Attend riders briefing (usually around 8am)

around 9am-4pm
You should receive an email the day/night before your event with information and relevant timings + a waiver that must be filled out before signing on in the morning.

Licence Requirements
All riders are required to hold a current RACERS Clubman Licence either 1 day for $50 or if doing multiple days save by purchasing an annual licence for only $125. Find instructions on how to purchase here.
