We currently ship Australia-wide.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, sales, or peak periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All prices are shown in AUD.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or factors outside our control.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Girls on Track is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Girls on Track is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
