Returns Policy

At Girls on Track, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect size selection or simply deciding you no longer want the item.

However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) are intact

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

  • Incorrectly supplied

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Stickers

  • Keychains (if used or damaged after delivery)

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Start a Return

Please email us with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
