About Us

Why Girls on Track?

When I first started track riding, I quickly realised how isolating male dominated spaces can feel. Weekend after weekend, I’d show up to the track and often find myself one of the only women in the pits. Not because women don’t belong there but because walking into those environments as a female can be intimidating when you don’t see a community around you.

That experience stayed with me, especially after becoming a mum. I want my daughter to grow up knowing there is absolutely a place for women in motorsport. I want her and every girl who comes to the track to feel welcomed, supported, encouraged, and safe. To never feel like they have to prove they belong.

That’s why Girls on Track was created.

Girls on Track is about bringing women together in a space where connection, support, and community come first. It’s about creating friendships in the pits, cheering each other on from the sidelines, sharing knowledge, building confidence, and making sure no woman has to navigate the track scene alone.

More than just a riding community, Girls on Track represents belonging. When you see someone wearing Girls on Track merch, it means something. It’s a reminder that there’s another woman beside you who understands the journey, supports your passion, and wants to see you succeed. It’s about building a community where women in motorsport feel seen, supported, and stronger together.
